Denis Polack, lawyer at the PARIS Bar since 1991, holds a specialization in tax and customs law.
A former legal and tax advisor, he is also a qualified auditor (and actively exercised this profession for more than a hundred mandates of all sizes between 1983 and 2013), holder of a DES in Business Law, a graduate of IEP Paris (Eco-Fi) and of the Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English.
He assists individuals and companies, French or foreign, in all areas of French taxation and in their reflections on the transmission of assets, as well as in the implementation of the corresponding operations.
He supports them in the creation of all legal structures, their development, their restructuring, the conclusion of contracts related to their activity. He is regularly involved in merger-acquisition transactions, in which his accounting skills are particularly useful.
